A results driven retail Beauty Advisor to be responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client’s expectations.
Your role at TemptaMia:
•Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
•Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on product features
•Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
•Actively seek out customers in store
•Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
•Cross sell products
•Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service

We are sure you’d be a great for this role if you have:
•Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
•Good English
•Solid communication and interpersonal skills
•Customer service focus
•High school degree; BS degree in Marketing or related field would be a plus
